Hey, I’m Pat—and I get it.

Life as a man, a husband, a dad… it can be heavy. Most of us are trying to carry more than we were ever meant to, and somewhere along the way, we forget who we really are.

That’s why I started DadFormed—to create a brotherhood.

I’ve been a pastor for over 15 years, served in the heart of inner-city Las Vegas, walked with men battling addiction, pride, isolation, and shame. I’ve raised teens (still raising some), worked with kids for over a decade, written devotionals, and closed a few real estate deals along the way. I’ve seen a lot—from prison to the pulpit and beyond—and I’ve learned this:

When a man is healthy—spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and relationally—everyone around him flourishes.

But too many men are burned out, numbing out, or checked out.

Maybe you’re stuck in porn.
Maybe your marriage feels distant.
Maybe you're carrying weight you can't seem to lose—or wounds no one else sees.

I’ve been there. I’ve walked with men through it. And I want to help you walk out of it.

DadFormed is here to remind you of who you are:
Not just a man, but a man of God.
A father with purpose. A leader with strength. A son with access to the Father.

This platform exists to call you back—to your faith, your family, your fitness, your finances, and your foundation in Christ.

No fluff. No filters. No faking it.
Just real men chasing real growth in a real world—with grace, grit, and the Gospel.

So whether you’re crushing it or barely hanging on, there’s room here for you.

Let’s grow—together.

About me

I got radically saved 20 years ago in a prison cell at 21 years old. No altar call. No worship band. Just a broken man, a hard heart, and the undeniable presence of God. That moment wrecked me—in the best way—and it became the turning point for everything that followed.

Since then, I’ve been on a wild journey. I married the love of my life for 18 years, and we’ve been raising three incredible (and sometimes chaotic) teenagers together. I’ve spent over 15 years pastoring, leading house churches, and walking with men who feel the same weight I used to carry: shame, pressure, temptation, anger, loneliness, confusion about who we are and why we’re here.

I’ve also spent over a decade working with kids and teens, served in the heart of inner-city Las Vegas, and been bi-vocational in real estate—because ministry doesn’t always come with a paycheck, and I believe in doing what it takes to provide and serve well.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something:

Most men are starving.
Not just physically—but spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and relationally.
We’re overworked, overstimulated, under-encouraged, and often completely disconnected from who God created us to be.

That’s where DadFormed came from_
I wanted a place where men could be challenged and encouraged, where we could talk about faith, fitness, fatherhood, marriage, manhood, porn, purpose, pain, and calling—without filters or faking it.

I don’t have it all figured out. I still mess up.
But I believe deeply that a healthy man—spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally—can change a family tree.

And I’m here for that.

I train hard (currently prepping for a Spartan Beast), write devotionals, preach the Gospel, and do my best to love my family well. My mission now is to help other men step into their full identity as sons of God, leaders in the home, and warriors in the world.

If you’re still reading this, just know:
There’s room for you here. You’re not too far gone. You’re not alone. You were made for more.

Let’s get after it—together.
